Website Terms of Use
Effective September 23, 2026. These terms govern use of MSCOFleet.com. Vehicle rentals are governed by separate executed rental documentation.
Business-only inquiry site
This site is intended for prospective and existing business renters. MSCO Fleet Solutions does not use this website to offer consumer moving rentals, walk-in rentals, instant reservations or self-service vehicle pickup. MSCO may prioritize existing commercial relationships and operational needs without promising access to any person or organization.
MSCO is the vehicle lessor only
MSCO rents vehicles under written agreements. MSCO is not the renter's motor carrier, transportation provider, freight broker, driver employer or dispatcher and does not offer transportation or delivery services through this site. The renter independently controls its drivers, dispatch, routes, cargo and transportation operations and is responsible for all authority, permits, licenses, driver qualifications, insurance and regulatory compliance applicable to its use.
Information and vehicle descriptions
The site describes MSCO's service model and general vehicle classes. “Light duty” and “medium duty” are general website descriptors rather than specifications for a particular vehicle. Actual make, model, model year, mileage, GVWR, payload, body dimensions, equipment, condition, permitted use, driver requirements, availability and pricing are confirmed only for a proposed assignment and may change.
Images, brands and historical examples
Vehicle images may include representative photographs, concept renderings, miniature-style illustrations and historical deployments. They illustrate vehicle classes or possible branding and do not promise that a pictured unit, configuration, graphic treatment or condition is available. The TemperaturePro deployment is identified as a historical example that ended in June 2026; no current affiliation or endorsement is implied. Other company names and marks belong to their respective owners, and reference to them does not imply endorsement, agency, partnership or common ownership.
Qualification and approval
MSCO may approve, decline or condition an inquiry based on vehicle availability, business identity and authority, intended use, driver eligibility, insurance, operating requirements, credit or payment considerations, risk controls and other legitimate business factors. Information submitted must be accurate, current and provided by a person authorized to act for the named business.
Separate rental agreement controls
Every rental is subject to a separate written agreement and any vehicle-specific disclosure or condition report. If website content conflicts with an executed rental agreement, the executed rental agreement controls for that rental.
Acceptable website use
You may not misuse the site, attempt unauthorized access, introduce malicious code, interfere with site operation, scrape or submit requests at abusive volume, falsely represent identity or authority, or use website content in violation of applicable law or third-party rights.
Intellectual property
MSCO Fleet Solutions names, logos, website design, text and original graphics are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. No license is granted except the limited right to view and use the site for a legitimate business inquiry.
Disclaimer
The website is provided on an “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by law, MSCO disclaims warranties arising solely from website use. Nothing on the site is legal, insurance, tax, transportation-safety or regulatory advice.
Changes
We may update these terms as the website and service model evolve. The effective date at the top identifies the current published version.
